Drop Off Procedures
Teachers, Madrichim, & Staff will be waiting at the door to help escort students to classes.

Option 1: ACTIVE DROP OFF only in the horseshoe lane

1. Queue in line by entering the horseshoe driveway, and pull all the way up before dropping your child off at the stairs that lead to the main entrance.
2. Do not park in this area. Do not exit your car of leave your car unattended.
3. Proceed promptly to the exit. There will be a traffic officer directing traffic out of the parking lot.
4. Please note: Pedestrians have the right of way! Drivers must stop to let parents walk with their children! Please be aware of other vehicles!

Option 2: PARK & WALK TO DOOR OR CLASSROOM

1. Park and walk your child to the door or to their classroom. Children are not allowed to walk alone.
2. Please use the crosswalk, and the sidewalk on Temple Isaiah property. There will be a traffic officer directing traffic near the crosswalk from Lincoln Field which serves as our overflow lot.
3. Please note: Pedestrians have the right of way! Drivers must stop to let parents walk with their children! Please be aware of vehicles driving around the parking lot to drop off at the entrance door.

WEDNESDAYS: Dropping off 6th and 7th graders and picking up 3rd, 4th and 5th graders at the same time? Use the main entrance lane. When you pull up to the door, the older kids can get out and the younger kids can get in.

Pick Up Procedures
Teachers, Madrichim, & Staff will help escort students outside.
 

Option 1: ACTIVE PICK UP: only in the main driveway lane

1. Enter the main driveway. Please have your child's name written in large letters on a piece of paper on your dashboard to help them find you.
2. Please wait patiently in line as you approach the main entrance to the building. Keep advancing. Children will not be permitted to leave the sidewalk area until you are at the entrance. 
3. Do not park in this area for any reason. Do not exit your car or leave your car unattended for any reason.
4. Pick up your child, and proceed promptly to the exit. There will be a traffic officer directing traffic out of the parking lot.
5. Please note: Pedestrians have the right of way! Drivers must stop to let parents walk with their children! Please be aware of other vehicles!

Option 2: PARK & PICK UP OUTSIDE 

1. Park and wait for your child outside of the building near the stairs to the horseshoe driveway.
2. Please use the crosswalk, and the sidewalk on Temple Isaiah property. There will be a traffic officer directing traffic near the crosswalk.
3. Please note: Pedestrians have the right of way! Drivers must stop to let parents walk with their children! Please be aware of vehicles driving around the parking lot to drop off at the entrance door.
4. Children are not allowed to walk alone to meet their parents.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS FOR EVERYONE

• All students are dropped off in the horseshoe driveway by the stairs to the main entrance.
• All students are picked up in front of the main entrance in the parking lot..
• Children are not permitted to be unescorted in the parking lot - they must be accompanied by a parent/grown-up.
• Please do not leave vehicles unattended in the drop off and pick up lanes.
• If you do not want to wait in line, please park and walk to the entrances to drop off and pick up your children.
• Late carpools: remaining students will wait inside the building. Please call the Temple or your student directly to let them know that you have arrived.
• Please do not cut the lines by creating alternate lines.
